Daniel was born in the United Kingdom, where he read law and earned his LL.B. with honours from the University of Sussex in 2006. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal and went on to in-house roles with international companies, most recently as Associate Director for Vistra Corporate Law, part of Vistra's international corporate services business.
Before moving to Washington, Daniel studied American law at George Mason University, earning his LL.M. in 2022. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2023 and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington in 2024.
Collectively, Daniel has over eighteen years of corporate experience and now focuses on business and corporate law, commercial real estate, trusts and estates, municipal work, and related fields. He joined Scheibmeir, Kelly & Nelson in September 2023 and is dedicated to offering practical legal assistance to the Lewis County community and surrounding areas.
Daniel serves as treasurer of the Lewis County Adventist School and as treasurer and secretary of the Lewis County Bar Association, and is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Washington State Association of Municipal Attorneys.
