Biography:
Rachel is a second-generation attorney, born and raised in Lewis County. She graduated from W.F. West High School and then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Boise State University. Rachel then simultaneously earned a Master of Public Administration and Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho, graduating with a Pro Bono distinction by completing numerous hours of pro bono service in the Treasure Valley. Additionally, during her time at the University of Idaho, Rachel was an extern at the Office of the Governor, Brad Little, assisting the general counsel.
Pro bono service included: Idaho Trial Lawyers Association Street Law Clinic, Federal Defenders of Idaho Capital Habeas Unit, and Idaho Military Legal Alliance drafting wills for Idaho’s veterans.
Rachel has always loved the close-knit community of Lewis County and believes in the importance of bringing more resources to the community and providing residents with local legal representation.
