Biography:

Rachel is a second-generation attorney, born and raised in Lewis County. After graduating from W.F. West High School, Rachel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Boise State University, then simultaneously a Juris Doctorate and Master of Public Administration from the University of Idaho.

Rachel has always loved the close-knit community of Lewis County. She believes in the importance of bringing more resources to the area providing individuals with the ability to receive legal counsel without having to travel out of our area.

Prior to graduating from the University of Idaho, College of Law, Rachel was an extern at the Office of the Governor, Brad Little assisting the general counsel. She also graduated with a Pro Bono distinction by completing numerous hours of pro bono service in the Treasure Valley, which included: Idaho Trial Lawyers Association Street Law Clinic, Federal Defenders of Idaho Capital Habeas Unit, and Idaho Military Legal Alliance drafting wills for Idaho’s veterans.
