Overview
Most of our business clients are owner-operators, family businesses, and non-profits with deep ties to Lewis County and the State of Washington. We've been the firm Washington families turn to when they need to start, restructure, sell, or transition a business — often across multiple generations.
Our work spans entity formation, employment matters, contracts, governance, and the full arc of business transitions. Estate planning sits next door, and most of our business engagements eventually touch it — partnerships need buy-sell agreements, founders need succession plans, family businesses need careful planning around the next generation.
On the municipal side, we serve as city and special-district counsel for several Lewis County jurisdictions, advising on open public meetings, public records, contracts, employment, risk mitigation, and litigation.
We are not a transactional shop. We're the firm you work with for years, not the firm you call once for paperwork.
